Hybrid Business Forum in Kyiv: a Chance for Ukraine’s Economic Breakthrough

гібридний бізнес-форум

At the “Premier Palace” hotel, our event agency organized an important business forum for the Ukrainian-Korean New Construction Association, bringing together leading businessmen, politicians, and public figures to discuss Ukraine’s potential to become an economic miracle akin to South Korea. The event took place in a hybrid format with 100 attendees in the hall and a live broadcast from Korea, adding an international dimension to the event. The professional organization of the conference ensured a rich and engaging program, offering participants the opportunity to learn about current economic issues and establish important contacts.

Morning Coffee and Opening

The conference began with morning coffee, creating a relaxed atmosphere for informal communication. This allowed participants to get acquainted with each other and prepare for the intensive program ahead. Serhiy Taruta, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Industrial Union of Donbas,” welcomed the guests and expressed support for initiatives aimed at Ukraine’s economic development.

Signing of the Memorandum

One of the key events of the business forum was the signing of a memorandum, which is an important step towards cooperation between Ukrainian and Korean partners. It envisages joint participation in projects aimed at the restoration and development of Ukraine, the exchange of knowledge and experience between experts from Ukraine and Korea, and the joint organization of events and forums.

More than 100 representatives and company owners signed the cooperation memorandum, which will attract foreign investments to Ukrainian business. During the ceremony, welcoming speeches were given by Lina Volya, head of the Ukrainian-Korean Association, Andriy Biryukov, former deputy head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, and Korean representatives: Park Jae-Chum and Lee Yang Gu, head of KUNBA. The speakers emphasized the importance of international cooperation for economic growth.

Assessment of Economic Prospects and Humanitarian Support

The most crucial part of the forum was the panel discussion dedicated to assessing Ukraine’s chances of becoming an economic breakthrough. Representatives from various regions of Ukraine and speakers from Korea shared their thoughts and forecasts. They discussed the current state of Ukraine’s economy, necessary reforms, and steps to achieve ambitious goals.

After intensive discussions, participants had a chance to rest during the medication handover ceremony, symbolizing not only humanitarian aid but also the support of international partners during challenging times for Ukraine.

The Second Part of the Forum

The second part of the forum began with speeches from individual speakers. After a coffee break, participants listened to a report on economic risks and case studies from representatives of various investment companies and industry specialists. They detailed why it is worth trusting the Ukrainian market and what opportunities it offers. Representatives of Ukraine’s construction sector discussed how Ukraine fulfills its reform obligations necessary for joining the European Union.

Notably, Daria Kulinich, a communications coordinator in the “Repower” project, spoke about intensive psychological rehabilitation for military medics and volunteers.

Conclusion and Networking

The final part of the international forum included a buffet and networking. Participants had the opportunity to discuss what they heard, exchange contacts, and find new partners for cooperation. The event concluded with a surprise from the Korean partners: a concert by a violinist performing Ukrainian songs, showing support for Ukraine and adding cultural significance to the conclusion.

The organization of the business meeting was ensured at a high level, despite having only four days for preparation. Thanks to team efforts, communication with Korean partners was carried out at the highest level: the live broadcast was flawless and of the highest quality. Organizing events turnkey means attention to detail for our agency: from printing flags to organizing the ceremonial signing.
